What happens if I don't like the record?

We suggest joining the subscription with an open mind, ready to explore new music you may have never heard before. We also recommend updating your profile settings so we can better curate for you. However, you can return the record within 7 days of receiving it. (Please refer to the Refund Policy)

Can I receive recent artists' vinyl in the record club?

At this time we have limitied the records sent out to Pre-2000 with very few exceptions.

Can I edit my account?

Yes! You can edit your account preferences anytime, whether you need to update a shipping address or change your music preferences.

1.) Log in to your account by clicking the silhouette icon in the menu bar.

2.) Log in with your credentials

3.) Scroll down until you see the subheading "Account Details."

4.) Click edit account and follow the prompts

Do I have to send the records back each month?

No, all records sent to you are for you to keep and add to your collection!

When will I get my order?

Your order will be shipped out within 5 business days of your purchase. Then shipping will take 2-8 days. On average most customers receive their orders in about a week.

How do I start a return?

With our 7 day return policy it's super simple. You will have to email within 7 days of receiving your order, then we will help guide you through the process upon a return being approved. 

*Do note you will be required to pay for shipping to ship the unwanted record back to us, this amount will be automatically deducted from the amount of money you will receive back.
