So if you're looking for a fun way to collect records and discover the timeless music from the past, our record club is made just for you.
What if I don't like the records sent to me?
If this ever happens, we get it. Music is personal. While we encourage joining with an open mind and a sense of discovery but we know not every pick will land. That’s why we offer a 7 day return policy on any record club vinyl. If you’re not feeling it, just send it back in same condition it was received and we’ll refund you. To help keep costs low, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Do I know what I’m getting each month before it ships?
Nope — and that’s part of the fun. Nostalgic Groove is a personalized vinyl subscription built around surprise and discovery. Your records are handpicked based on your taste, so no two boxes are the same. Every shipment is a chance to hear something new or reconnect with something you forgot you loved.
Can I easily update my music preferences?
Yes. You can edit your music quiz anytime by logging into your account. We’ll use your updated answers to guide future picks, so your record club subscription stays personal and reflects your taste as it grows and changes.
How does shipping and returns work?
We ship every record club order for FREE using sturdy record mailers with protective inserts to keep your vinyl safe. Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order goes out. If we ever miss the mark, you have 7 days to return any record club vinyl. Just send it back in the same condition and we’ll refund you, minus the return shipping cost.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your vinyl subscription anytime right from your account page. No pressure and no hassle. If it’s not the right fit or the right time, you’re free to end your record club membership whenever you need to. But we will always welcome you back with open arms!
