Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our vinyl record subscription service. We strive to provide you with the best listening experience through our carefully curated vinyl records. We understand that you may need to return a vinyl record or records due to various reasons, and we are committed to ensuring that the refund process is easy and hassle-free for you.

 

Returns:

We accept returns of vinyl records from record club orders for up to 7 days after the delivery date. If you wish to return a vinyl record or records, please contact us at customersupport@nostalgicgroove.com to initiate the return process.

Once our customer support team is contacted we will evaluate the concern and offer support to you and the next steps to process a return. If your return is approved we will send you a label to use for shipping the record back to use. We do require you to use the same box the record was mailed to you in to protect the vinyl record or records.The vinyl record MUST be in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

Please wait for our customer support team to approve your return and refund. If you return a vinyl record without our prior approval, we may void any refund that may be available. Refunds will be issued after the vinyl record or records are received and inspected. For more information please see information on refunds below.

Please note that we DO NOT allow exchanges.

*When returning a vinyl record, a shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. The shipping charge will depend on your location and the weight of the package.

**For customers with a year subscription, the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of records they received monthly. We will divide the amount paid for the subscription by 12, and then by the number of records received monthly, to determine the refund amount.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have a received a record that is skipping, email a video showing the problem to customersupport@nostalgicgroove.com. We will then evaluate the problem and offer support once the video is received.

There is numerous reasons why a record will skip and the most common is the equipment you are using to play back the record with. Upon evaluation we may offer a refund (with or without returning the record), partially refund (with or without returning the record) or exchange. 

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@nostalgicgroove.com.
